DJ JOSH or known as Joshua Daniel is an uprising DJ/Producer that is currently making waves across Kuala Lumpur and places outside his vicinity such as Johor and Langkawi. Josh is known for his music selections in the different genres he plays by understanding the crowd style of music which is usually R&B, HipHop, Afrobeats, the 2000s, and Top 50s.

 

Josh was exposed to music at a young age and was in the entertainment industry at the age of 15. He first started working in the nightlife industry as a club ambassador/promoter/marketeer at the age of 17. He has picked up many skills and experience along the way leading him to become a DJ which was what used to be a hobby during MCO, he says “ I sold my PS4 during MCO so that I could have enough money to buy a DJ Controller and start learning how to DJ”.

In just 5 months Josh started playing his first few gigs and immediately after 8 months he garnered a following for his music and played his biggest gig for Escape (Langkawi) for New Year Countdown and carried the event playing for about 1000 people. Josh has been following and became DJ Freazz, DJ Biggie, DJ Prinze, DJ Ashes and DJ Sexlane's protege learning and perfecting his skills in mixing and DJ-ing.
